Avg where is the exception list

AVG simply refuses to let me do so. AVG's Exception function simply does not function, does not give you the option to create an exception the moment it detects a file, and requires you to jump through hoops just to get to the menu where you can create exception lists that DO NOT WORK! There is no need to add the file manually to exception list. When you restore the file from Quarantine, it will not get added to exception automatically. We request you to try adding the file to general exception of AVG.

Before that, disable AVG Antivirus temporarily. Slide the cursor to turn off the protection temporarily. Get into Quarantine and restore the file. Add the file to it and turn on the protection.

However there is still a problem: In "Hardened Mode" there is no textbox and no browse possiblity to enter anything. Is that a known bug or do I something wrong? But we would like to inform you that you can just click on 'File path' tab in Exceptions window and click on 'Browse' button to locate the particular exe file.

I don't think that you understand my problem completely. In "File paths" it is absolutely not possible to browse to a specific exe file; you only can browse to a path. Obviously that you can not enter an exe file under "Url's". The only tab where I can browse to and fill in an exe file is "Cyber Capture".

In my previous message I told you that there is no textbox and browse possibility at all under the tab "Hardened Mode". Under this tab I can not fill in anything. Please help me; what goes wrong here. I only want to exclude some exe's.
